CONFIRMATION / AMENDMENT / CANCELLATION
By booking or visiting T · PARK, you fully agree to be bound by the following:
- Any incomplete, insufficient or incorrect data may affect the processing time and the outcome of application.
- Once an individual booking is confirmed, the applicant will receive confirmation by email and/or SMS (only applicable to local mobile number) within 3 working days. For an organisation or a school booking, the applicant will receive booking result within 5 working days. For all successful applicants, they are required to present the confirmation message / booking reference number at T · PARK Reception for registration upon arrival.
- All bookings are non-transferable.
- Should you require to amend contact person’s details (name, contact number, email address, etc.) or vehicle licence plate number, please call +852 2910 9700 or email info@tpark.hk. Amendment is generally not allowed unless there is a need to reduce the number of visitors / facilities reservation. A new booking application is required for extra visitors, additional facilities reservation or change of activity.
- All cancellation of bookings should be made at least 3 days (for individual booking) or 7 days (for organisation / school booking) prior to the date of visit via the online booking system (for individual booking only) or by email (for individual, organisation and school booking). Late cancellation is regarded as no-show.
- Individual, organisation and school applicants who have booked guided or interactive educational tours tours shall arrive on time. Late arrival for more than 30 minutes is regarded as no-show.
- Three accumulative no-show cases within one year by an individual applicant will result in his/her booking right being suspended for 3 months following the last date of no-show. For organisation and school booking, applicants who have no-show or less than 50% of the total number of persons showing up for the visit, will have their booking right been suspended for 3 months following the day of visit/no-show.
- T · PARK does not endorse any for-profit third party to organise visits. We reserve the right at our discretion to cancel any visit including if any person or party purports to charge any fees.
- We have the right, without liability to you, to refuse your entry to T · PARK or to escort you from T · PARK if you, at our discretion, breach any of the above.
TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENT FOR VISIT
- Individual booking visitors taking shuttle bus to T · PARK are advised to arrive at the pick-up point in Tuen Mun V City (near Cross-border Coach Station) 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time (See Shuttle Bus Map). Please be punctual as the shuttle bus would depart sharply at the scheduled time. If visitors cannot take the last shuttle bus (i.e. 4:30pm), no other transport will be provided to enter T · PARK. Please arrange your own transport directly to T · PARK or reschedule your visit for another day.
- The shuttle bus services are available between Tuen Mun V City and T · PARK only. Visitors cannot go to Y · PARK, Tuen Mun Tsang Tsui Columbarium and other destinations by our shuttle bus.
- For safety reasons, visitors are not allowed to travel to or leave T · PARK, or to the nearby Y · PARK and Tuen Mun Tsang Tsui Columbarium from T · PARK by riding bicycle or on foot. For example, visitors cannot reach T · PARK by taking bus K52 or K52A and then ride a bicycle or walk to T · PARK. Please note that there is no additional shuttle bus service available for pickup/drop off in nearby areas.
- Individual booking visitors who have booked the car parking service should come on time according to the reserved time slots (See Driving Route Map). Please be reminded to leave the facility before the closing time of T · PARK, i.e. by 7:00pm. Non-registered vehicles will not be allowed to park at the facility.
- There are two Electric Vehicle Chargers available in T · PARK and will be arranged on a first-come-first-served basis and upon availability of the parking lots with chargers. Please check with our Ambassador upon your arrival.
- Organisation has to arrange its own transportation. All unregistered vehicles are not allowed to enter T·PARK. Only drop-off or pick-up by registered vehicles is allowed in the parking area. Please provide your licence plate number for registration via email at least 2 working days in advance.
- If you have arranged a Rehabus or Wheelchair Accessible Taxi for disabled visitors, please inform us the car plate number by calling 2910 9700 or by email.
We endeavour to offer a safe environment and enjoyable experience for all of our visitors. You are responsible for your behavior and your group’s at all times. Please note the following:
GENERAL & SAFETY RULES FOR VISIT
- The opening hours are Mondays, Wednesdays to Sundays and Public Holidays, from 10am to 7pm (Closed on Tuesdays).
- Please take care of your children and look after the elderly at all times. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Please look after your personal belongings and do not leave personal belongings unattended. All found items shall be returned to reception counter. We reserve the right to deal with any unattended object in the manner as we consider appropriate.
- Group size of each guided tour or interactive educational tour is 25pax, depending on the manpower arrangement on that day.
- No outside food and drinks are allowed in T · CAFE.
- Please show common courtesy to other visitors by not engaging in unsafe, disruptive or offensive behavior.
- No activities, banners, buntings, placement of publicity materials, photography, video or other recordings of any kind, including but not limited to, relating to or for media or commercial purposes are allowed unless with prior written approval.
- No cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, hazardous or inflammable items are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (except guide dogs accompanying a blind person).
- No unauthorised events, demonstrations, speeches or other public performances are allowed.
- No cycling, rollerblading, skateboarding, ball games or any electric mobility devices are allowed.
- No flying kites, remote-controlled models or other similar devices are allowed.
- Do not write on, mark, soil or damage any exhibit, installation, wall or facility.
- T · PARK is a sludge treatment facility located within an industrial establishment. For safety reasons, no access to restricted areas is allowed. Only the facilities inside the Environmental Education Centre (EEC) building and certain outdoor areas i.e. T · GARDEN, T · HABITAT and T · ROOF are open to visitors.
- For safety reasons, visitors should refrain from running inside T · PARK.
- Apart from the access to and from the designated visitor’s car park and the shuttle bus waiting area, visitors should refrain from staying at any vehicular roads inside T · PARK which are reserved for the sludge delivery vehicles and other plant operations only.
- As hydrogen sulphide* (H2S) is commonly found in sewage sludge, there is a potential risk of H2S being released in case of sludge spillage due to mechanical failure or traffic accidents involving sludge delivery trucks. If such accident is spotted, visitors should stay as far away as possible from the scene and contact our staff or the police for immediate assistance.
- For your own safety, you must comply with all safety notices displayed within T · PARK and instruction given by our staff.
- By visiting T · PARK, you voluntarily and knowingly assume the risks related to visiting an industrial site, and in particular, the risks that may arise from exposure to H2S gas.

RULES FOR T · SPA USERS
- Registrant(s) for T · SPA shall collect ticket(s) at the Reception for admission. T · SPA will not accept entry 15 minutes before each session ends.
- Recommended capacity is 60 persons per session. T · SPA is open for both male and female visitors, and there is no separate pool for individual genders.
- Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied and supervised by adult. Each adult shall accompany no more than 2 children each time.
- Children aged 8 or above or over 1.35m of height shall not enter the Changing Room of the opposite sex.
- For hygiene reasons, visitors with signs and symptoms of communicable diseases, such as respiratory illness, diarrhea, red-eye syndrome, hand-foot-and-mouth disease or skin lesions should not use the T · SPA. Persons who feel unwell, have heart disease, pregnant, or with high or low blood pressure, consumed alcohol, overfeed or starving etc. are not recommended to use T · SPA.
- All visitors entering T · SPA shall wear proper swimming attire. White colour or non-decolorised clean T-shirt can be added on top. Infants are required to wear proper swimming diaper in the pool at all times.
- Users shall bring their own towels and personal toiletries.
- Hair dryers are available inside male and female changing rooms.
- Users requiring to use lockers are reminded to bring along Hong Kong five-dollar coins which are retrievable after using the lockers.
- Users should take a thorough shower in the changing room before entering T · SPA.
- Users should not wear shoes/slippers that have been worn outside T · SPA without washing. If necessary, please bring along a pair of clean slippers for use in the pool deck.
- Suntan oil, toys and life buoys or other floating gears are not allowed. For details, please contact on-duty lifeguard or staff.
- T · SPA users should decide the length of soaking time in the spa based on personal health condition. Suggested soaking time is generally not more than 10 minutes.
- Running, pushing, chasing and games are not permitted. Please do not conduct any activities that are likely to cause danger, obstruction or nuisance to others.
- No diving or jumping into the pool where the water depth is only 0.9m.
- Smoking, spitting, littering, eating, and drinking are prohibited.
- No unauthorised photo-taking or video recording in T · SPA.
- For security reasons, T · SPA is monitored by CCTV surveillance.
SPECIAL FACILITIES
- Electric vehicle charging service can be arranged subject to availability.
- Accessible car parking spaces are available upon request.
- Lockers are available at the Reception.
- Two manual wheelchairs can be provided for visitors with disabilities or mobility difficulties subject to availability. Reservation can be made in advance by customer services hotline at +852 2910 9700, or via email at info@tpark.hk; or contact duty staff at reception counter.
- Free wifi service is available in the Environmental Education Centre.
- Babycare rooms are available on G/F and 1/F of the Environmental Education Centre.
- Drinking water fountains are available on G/F and 1/F of the Environmental Education Centre.
ARRANGEMENTS UNDER INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS
Visitors should pay attention to the following inclement weather arrangements. For visits that are disrupted by inclement weather, the respective visitors will not be informed separately.

- If the warning/signal is issued before or during the opening hours — T · PARK will remain open. Under adverse weather conditions, all outdoor facilities may be closed at the discretion of T · PARK and visitors will be advised to remain indoors.
